ESDP, EAP and MDP under ESDP Scheme

CFTI Chennai has implemented 'Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Programmes (ESDP) scheme' under the Plan Head "Entrepreneurship and Skill Development -MSMS" for organizing EAP, ESDP & MDP training progmmmes.

CFTI Chennai has completed training for 525 candidates under the EAP, ESDP & MDP training progmmmes. Additionally, we have received training order for 3250 candidates under the EAP, ESDP & MDP training progmmmes in association with various universities alongwith the Footwear and Allied industries.

The objective of these programs is to motivate youth to consider self-employment or entrepreneurship as viable career options and to promote Footwear Industry Leadership Development: Navigating Trends, Innovation, and Sustainability.

Status Of Training Programme

In FY 2024-25, we have completed training for 1200 candidates (approx.). The remaining candidates were mobilized and will be completed in the FY 2024-25.
